Glogster is a desktop publishing program that has a ton of options, and it is super easy to use. I was creating a poster within 10 minutes. Basically, you use it to create a single page poster in which you can embed video, pictures, weblinks, audio, etc. It comes with graphics packages and a number of backgrounds.
